Home / 3 Las Vegas malls where we love to do more than window shop

The LINQ promenade shops

Hours: 10 a.m. - midnight, daily

What's here: A variety of shops unique to Vegas. Shop for rare Nikes at Nas' shoe store 12AM Run, grab a treat from the 24-hour Cupcake ATM at Sprinkles or find vintage-inspired purses (think owls and old-school boom box designs) at Ruby Blue.

Why we love it: You'll find cost-friendly gifts at KOTO and Kitson, including a Ryan Gosling paper doll book. For about $30, you can get a neat six-photo collage frame at Polaroid Fotobar. Download photos from your phone and get them in minutes.

Fashion Show mall

Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

What's here: Besides live weekend fashion shows, flagship department stores like Saks, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and all your favorite shops, Fashion Show mall is a day trip in itself.

Why we love it: A three-story Forever 21, the newest women's apparel store Apricot Lane, TOPSHOP and Kate Spade -- what's not to love? The LEGO Store is sure to please the kids and Charming Charlie offers a rainbow of accessories at prices you'll love.

Container Park

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. - midnight

What's here: Located in Downtown Las Vegas at 7th and Fremont Street, this outdoor shopping center is a delight for all ages. The kiddos will love The Treehouse, a playground we all wish we had when we were younger.

Why we love it: Local boutiques like 702DTLV features fun home items, women's accessories and more. Save your drink bottles and head to BluMarble, which specializes in repurposing them into fun gift items. And 'tis the season to stock up on leggings at Crazy Legs.

Miracle Mile Shops

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. - midnight

What's here: More than 170 stores including H&M, the always-controversial Urban Outfitters, True Religion Brand Jeans and Hollywood hotspot, Sugar Factory. The mall is also home to live entertainment venues and tons of restaurants, some with strip-side seating.

Why we love it: You can shop for the latest trends, grab a beer at Sin City Brewing and pick-up a permanent memento of your Vegas vacation at Club Tattoo (not necessarily in that order). What’s more, Miracle Mile shops donates money from its multi-million dollar fountain to a new deserving charity every month.
