Prices can change and you want to know that your getting the best rate regardless of when your reservation is made.  The Certified Rate Protectortm  provides the greatest assurance possible that when you are booking your travel you are getting the best rate possible.


When you book hotels or tickets on this site your reservation is ensured by the Certified Rate Protector tm which will check your reservation's rate against the best available rate daily to see if there is a better rate available for the same room type or seat selection you made. If a better rate is available you will be booked at the lower rate and a notice with the new reservations details will be sent to the email the provider has on file.


You book your room or tickets with absolute confidence that you will get the best rate available.



An example of the Certified Rate Protection Program in action:

Step 1: You make a reservation on this website for a Hotel Room or Show Tickets for a price of $US100.00.

Step 2: After we send you a confirmation and you are booked, we continue to check pricing for that hotel room or those seats periodically all the way up through the last day you can change your reservation based on cancellation policy for that hotel or show.

Step 3: We see that the rate for your reserved product has dropped, in this example your room or seats become available on our website at a price of $US90.00.

Step 4: If allowed by the terms and conditions, we automatically rebook your Room or Seats from the $US100.00 price to the $US90.00 price, refund you $US10.00, and send you an electronic notice so you know how much you saved.

Step 5: You now relax, if the rate drops again, we'll rebook you again. You can have complete confidence that you are getting the best rate on the best products.






The One Degree World Certified Rate Protection Program (Certified Rate Protection Program) is our promise to users of our branded websites (a "User") who book  hotel rooms and ticketed shows and concerts (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Eligible Products") directly on our branded websites, that we will always strive to provide our Users with the lowest possible prices  for Eligible Products on our branded websites.  These terms and conditions further define and help explain our Certified Rate and Protection Program.

The Certified Rate Protection Program.   In order to provide our Users with the best possible pricing on all Eligible Products booked by Users through our website, we periodically during the course of each date monitor our product inventory in order to ascertain whether there has been a reduction in the price of all of our Users previously booked Eligible Products.    What this means is that if at any time after a User initially books an Eligible Product on our website (the "Initial Booking"), and before the Eligible Product is consumed by a User, that exact Eligible Product booked (in terms of product type and date of planned consumption) by the User at the Initial Booking can be subsequently found on our website at a price that is at least three percent (3%) lower than the price of the Eligible Product at Initial Booking (the "Lower Priced Eligible Product"), we will, to the extent permitted by the specific terms and conditions of the particular previously purchased Eligible Product, automatically rebook the User to the Lower Priced Eligible Product,  refund to the User any differences between the price of the Eligible Product at the time of Initial Booking  and the price of the Lower Priced Eligible Product and send an electronic notice to the User informing him or her of the rebooking and attendant reduction in price of the User's Eligible Product.  This may happen several times for each Eligible Product purchased by our User.

Definition of Price or Rate.  For purposes of this Certified Rate Protection Program, the term "price" or "rate� includes the Eligible Product's price or rate only and does not include any taxes or tariffs (i.e., federal, state, provincial or local) or any guest fees or charges (i.e., resort fees) which may be imposed by a hotel on a guest's stay.

Changes to these Terms and the Certified Rate Protection Program.  We reserve the right to modify, restrict availability, or discontinue the Certified Rate Protection Program and to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to users of our website.  Further, the Certified Rate Protection Program is void where prohibited by law.

Abuse of Certified Rate Protection Program.  At any time up to the date of consumption of an Eligible Product by a User of this website, we reserve the right to revoke any and all benefits of the Certified Rate Protection Program if it is found that a User of this website has attempted to or has violated or circumvented the Certified Rate Protection Program Terms and Conditions, or any other terms and conditions  or privacy policy relating to this website.  In the event we believe that the Certified Rate Protection Program or any terms and conditions or privacy policy relating to this website is being violated or intentionally abused or manipulated to circumvent its intent, we reserve the right to reject any future participation in the Certified Rate Protection Program by any User who participates in any such actions.

Disputes.  Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the administration of the Certified Rate Protection Program will be resolved by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, rather than in court, except that a User may assert claims in small claims court if the User's claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.


To begin an arbitration proceeding, a User must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing the User's claim to our registered agent Mr. Howard Lefkowitz, 4775 W. Teco Avenue, Suite 270, Las Vegas, NV 89118. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at or by calling 1-800-778-78791-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. 


Any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we and the User each waive any right to a jury trial.
